Planning a trip to Orlando? What in Orlando, Florida Thurs

Well, it's that time of year. No, not back to school time, although that too, but what I mean, it's for the super-spectacular weather in time for the beginning of Florida. So it's time to plan your trip, and here are some ideas on what to do in Orlando, Florida.

Disney World is probably the first thing on the list for everyone, especially if you have kids. When we moved here my parents came every year without fail and headed out to Disney. Sorrythey tended to during the hot summer months that are not so funny. Actually sort of miserable. But I went out and now is the end of September and the weather went from bad yesterday looking very hot, breezy and pleasant today. Then it's time to head for the theme parks! So yes, Disney is one of the fun things to do here and should be on every list. It is not just for kids, and place the child in us all.

But what else? Universal Studios and Islands ofAdventures are to visit two very nice parks. You're right together, walk together with all the Universal City (which you can at night to restaurants and clubs). I prefer Islands of Adventure, but not always what you should look at both.

Sea World should be on your list. I have not in some years, but it's always fun for me during my visit.

If it can be an hour and a half or so from OrlandoBusch Gardens visit. It's worth the time.

What else can you do in Orlando, Florida theme parks? Very! There are many lakes, and you can rent a ski boat or pontoon and spend the day on the lake. The St. Johns River is nearby and this river is huge, go for 300 miles. I definitely recommend a pontoon for river. There's nothing like winding down the river on a beautiful day on a comfortable boat with snacks and fishing rods. OProblems with the fishing rod, just enjoy the scenery. You are sure to see some animals, especially birds and alligators and turtles. Do not worry, the alligators are simply out of their way.

There are also lots of state parks and picturesque town on the outskirts of Orlando. An inner city, I would recommend, is Mount Dora, Lake County is in It is just 30 minutes and really enjoy the shops and the lake. There are some very good restaurantsa.

Speaking of restaurants, check online and go, some good some message boards to find places to go. There are many! If you are looking for casual gamers, there is one that I discovered recently, Back Yard Boys, the fantastic barbecue. And if you want to eat the fish Great Southern-Style then you might want to drive a bit 'out of Apopka Orlando (not far) and try the Catfish Place. Good food and a secret of the locals. So do not say!
