Florida: the lost points
If you say what's on the minds of most people in Florida?
Orlando and Disney World.
But what happens when Disney, Universal and Sea World visit? There's something else to do? How about visiting some of the smaller attractions - those who are perishing in the crowd.
Lost? Where did they go?
"The Mouse" has arrived in Florida before, there were the attractions that we enjoyed Florida. Smaller, with few or no thrillRides, but high in satisfaction. Some of these attractions withered after Disney, but many of them adapted and flourished. Let's take a look at some of these survivors.
Central Florida
As you can imagine, these smaller attractions, many of the Central Florida area, an easy commute to Disney. Some of these attractions include:
Busch Gardens: My favorite of all lost everything. Easy to explore a full day, has aAfrican safari theme. From the huge roller coasters, water rides, a trip through an African savannah, there is something for everyone.
Gatorland: Gatorland I visited a million times as a child. Ok, maybe not a million, but it was a popular destination for school trips BD (before Disney). There are a lot of alligators and entertaining to watch.
Cypress Gardens: This attraction was really lost for a bit 'lost - had closed its doors, with no intentionOpening. But miracles happen because Cypress Gardens is back and better than ever! It 's more than just a garden, among other things - there are many shows and even a few times.
North Florida
There are a lot of small attractions in North Florida, and almost all live in St. Augustine. Here are some of them to your attention:
Fountain of Youth: It's more historical, is the site of the original sourceyoung people - one of the legend. If you visit, you can drink from spring water. Does it work? I have to leave for you.
Ripley's Believe It or Not: This was the first of the Ripley museums, and perhaps the best. are all sorts of oddities abound. It's fun and worth a visit.
Potter's Wax Museum: Who's who think you will be the attraction for the lost? From historical figures to people, the wax figures, a good way to spend an hour or two.
