The Yum Yum Tree is synonymous with great chicken salad in Jacksonville. This is no ordinary chicken salad to know and the people that own the restaurant. Only white breast meat is used, and the combination of spices and ingredients that make up the rest of the salad are a mystery, even the most loyal patrons.
