College Football 2007 - 4 years, the biggest surprises - Oregon, Kansas, Boston College and Arizona State
College Football updated 4 biggest surprises Oregon, Kansas, Boston College and Arizona State. I say current because we have had more surprises this year than Carter has liver pills.
Three teams now in the distant past breathing some rarefied air at the beginning of the year. Wisconsin went 5-0 and No. 5 in the AP Top 25 poll before the defeat Illinois 31-26. South Florida went 6-0 and No. 2 before losing to Rutgers 30-27. Kentucky went 5-0 and rose to 8 No.before the defeat in South Carolina, 38-23.
If you are a hot trend here. Wisconsin, South Florida and Kentucky all lost their first game on the road. Wisconsin is currently 7-3, and not on the place. South Florida is 6-3 and not ranked. Kentucky is 6-3 and California (also 6-3) tied for No. 24.
The biggest surprise has been Oregon with his trademark 8-1 and No. 3 ranking. Oregon is a premier since the nation's programs with MikeBellotti.
Adopted at the final year in the middle of the Pac 10 races, has now put Oregon in the national championship race by moving to 3 in the overall BCS-No. Oregon's huge win No. 6-place Arizona State 35-23 over the weekend boosted his current rank. The Ducks now have Feierabend Arizona, UCLA and Oregon State finish 11-1, no easy task, but doable.
Arizona State was 8-0 at the time of loss and is now No. 9 and has the season with UCLA, USC Finish(an important test) and in-state rival Arizona (the Wildcats is like a demon) play a vengeance. Good luck, Dennis Erickson.
Kansas is a perfect 9-0 and No. 5 at the moment. The Jayhawks have played some cupcakes, but also to beat Kansas State, Colorado and Texas A & M before completely destroying Nebraska 76-39 on the weekend. Kansas still has from the Oklahoma State and Iowa State did not get (that big deal) and No. 7 Missouri Square (currently a big business going) to unbeaten at 12-0.
IfMissouri continues to gain a victory over Kansas, Missouri, they could vault into the national championship game if Oklahoma and Oregon to lose again. Right now Kansas is No. 4 in the BCS ranking.
Boston College went 8-0 and No. 2 before losing at home to Florida State 27-17 over the weekend, another away game first defeat. I do not think Boston College is always room as high as eagles began to fly. The Eagles have now dropped to 8 No. Boston College ended itsSeason with Maryland, Clemson and Miami (FL). They will do well to win at 11-1.
